pre-push script gone AWOL?

For some reason, Google's not letting us download the
pre-push hook, whether we click on it in the Wiki or
in the e-mail to the dev list from Ben.

All I get is the sad Google robot trying to assemble
itself :-(

Attached is mine, which also blocks pushes to origin/hotfix-* and origin/release-*, so you may want to edit that and put the file on mc-stan.org or somewhere permanent.

Thanks -- Daniel just mailed me his copy. No idea
what's up with Google. We can try adding it again
later if it doesn't resolve.

I can fix later when I need to do a hotfix or release.
