I'm really confused by the new Jenkins output. Is
there a way to see what's failing?

When I look at the command refactor failure:

http://d1m1s1b1.stat.columbia.edu:8080/job/Stan%20Pull%20Request/11/console

it seems to indicate the model tests failed:

Finished Build : #2 of Job : Stan Pull Request - CmdStan Model Tests with status :FAILURE

and then I click on the link and go here:

http://d1m1s1b1.stat.columbia.edu:8080/job/Stan%20Pull%20Request%20-%20CmdStan%20Model%20Tests/

and the latest test results says "no failures". Then when I found "last build"
which looks like everything succeeded.

Is the failure due to the residual compiler warning for an unused variable?

'testing::internal::g_in_fast_death_test_child' defined but not used [-Wunused-variable]

I'll get it working and send out better instructions later today.

All the current failures aren't failures with the build. It's on me.
