doxygen broken?

Can anyone else build the doc right now? I am getting

I can though I would run into error before finishing. 

I guess you should not remove folder doc.

The config file's there in the repository.
You're running it from the right location, too.
As far as I can tell, none of the makefile cleans
clean it out.

There are syntax errors in many of the distribution
formulas in the doc. They were too complex to debug,
so I just yanked them (out of inv_gamma, beta and
multi_normal). You can find them back in revision 525.

As a reminder, you can use valid LaTeX between \f$ ... \f$
in Doxygen. I add one formula at a time and remake the
doc because otherwise you have to use grep to find the
errors because doxygen's LaTeX error reporting sucks (it
first generates the LaTeX, then runs it in a script).

To clean the doxygen folder, you can run either the "clean-dox" or
"clean-all" targets.

For me, "make doxygen" works fine. Jiqiang, what errors are you
running into? Bob, are you able to run doxygen? I'm running doxygen
1.7.4.

OK. On a clean checkout I can get through make doxygen.

Thanks for asking.  I do not have the problem after updating to the 

current version.

The reason to dclean out the doxygen folder i
is that doxygen generates latex
source files, but it doesn't generate one if there's
already one there. Then it runs them and
converts to PNG.
