We don't need git to track things like .Rapp.history, which came in with Bob's e39abfa45b6d1b9d63f44b8ea182444377c51fcc about funnels (and I suspect from a git add -a). You can git rm this file and then add .Rapp.history to STAN_HOME/.gitignore.

Checking it in was a mistake. I keep forgetting
about R's littering habits and wasn't careful enough
in adding a directory to git.
I removed it and added .Rapp.history to the top level
.gitignore.
