I just checked in a working bin/print that works like print in RStan.

It gets built when bin/stanc is built.

To use:
bin/print <file 1> ... <file n>

It doesn't take wildcards yet. It's missing a couple of things like the model name, but it's functional. If anyone finds any problems with it or can think of ways to make it better, please let me know.

I do not see it after I build stanc.

Sorry, -- if you're only building bin/stanc, you'll need to manually make bin/print too.

bin/print gets built automatically when building a model using the make file.

Thanks.  I wanted to double-check everything I got in R is correct.

I guess it ($STAN_HOME/bin/print) does not deal with the case the warmup samples are saved; se_mean is not correct.

And someone suggested me to round the n_eff to integers.

Thanks. It does deal with warmup samples, but I may not have initialized chains properly based on warmup samples. I didn't think through that very well, but it's all there. I'll fix it and push a change shortly.

Rounding is easy. I can change that too.
