Stan parser fixes in feature/c++11 ready to integrate?

I'd like to get the fixes you made to the parser into our
code ASAP. Is
feature/c++11
in a stable enough state to test and merge?
Even if you have more fixes you want to do, I'd rather get the
basic fixes merged sooner rather than later, because I'm afraid
the code bases will diverge too much otherwise.

like you're on the stan-dev list for developers. Would you like
us to give you posting permission there?
