I don't know how big a deal it is to get the C++11 stuff out
so we can get on CRAN. It looks like there are a couple of presumably
lower priority pull requests ahead of the fix I'm trying to get
tested on Windows:

#1330 cpplint
#1271 analogue finite diff to autodiff

P.S. Also, this revealed to me that we're not compiling correctly
and calling much less efficient versions of matrix ops.
The good news is that this means we can speed things up by
doing it the right way. To that end I opened issue #1339

I just bumped everything else off the queue. It's testing now.

And thanks for creating issue #1339. That will definitely speed up our current computation. That fix will get down into our use of multiplication, right?

Thnaks --- I hope the fix I just put in this morning
will fix it. I forgot about signed long long, but Eigen's
moving to using those instead of int for indexing. They've
got issues piled up from all the compiler warnings they're
getting :-)
