I think almost all the pull requests that need to go in are in.

I'm testing the one that will fix some of RStan's performance issues now. Jenkins is still not automated, so I'm kicking things off by hand.

I'm giving the Stan talk at ISBA tomorrow morning and finalizing the talk tonight. I can update the versions and get everything packaged up for Stan's tagging by Wednesday.

CmdStan should be ready to go either Wednesday evening or Thursday.

Bob, can I leave the release notes and updating the website to you? Regarding pushing to the server, I don't have Jenkins configured yet -- could we push by hand for this release?

Great. I just created the pull request for the manual.

I had to push some of the fixes to default priors off
to the next release until we hear back from Andrew.

Don't kill yourself --- work on the talk. And have
fun in Cancun --- eat some great Yucatan food for me.

Sure. I'm busy Thursday night and heading off to Detroit on Friday,
but can start working again Saturday.

Sorry for the delays! Just got back from ISBA.

v2.4.0 of Stan is tagged. I'm running the tests on that tag -- if anything goes wrong, I'll let you know, but I think it's safe to assume it's ok.

I'll get CmdStan v2.4.0 tagged tomorrow.
