I pushed a change to stanc that breaks out a helper
function in file stan/command/stanc_helper.hpp that
has the stanc main() functionality but takes arguments
for output and error streams (these can be the same
or set to 0).

I hope this is enough to get rid of the warnings
Jiqiang's getting on the R side.

I tried to change my rstan code accordingly.  But I spent some time and could not find the place to work on.

I guess, the issue is still there as the original place I reported is not changed.

Who'd have thought adding warnings for int divisions
would've caused so much pain.

I'll fix parser.hpp and let you know when that's done.
