compiling with Xcode 5.0 clang++

What hath Xcode 5.0 wrought?
1. I replicated the problem Jiqiang reported. You can
solve it by increasing the template depth, as so:
clang++ -ftemplate-depth=512
(You may be able to get away with less --- 128, the default,
is too shallow.)
2. It's super slow. The command
> make CC="clang++ -ftemplate-depth=512" O=0 bin/stanc'
took 10 minutes (nothing else running on my machine).
Most of that time was in a couple of grammars,
so I'm guessing it's related to the recursion issue.
I'm about to try O=3. Wish me luck.
