RStan 2.5 pdf manual (and -O2 config)

I figured out how to find the vignette in PDF after
downloading, but I didn't get a PDF manual and odn't
know how to make one. I tried R CMD Rd2pdf, but it
didn't include all the title information. Could someone
who knows how to do this (Ben or Jiqiang) update the
V2.5.0 release:

to include a binary

rstan-manual-2.5.0.pdf

I'm going to link to that from mc-stan.org.

Also, was the intention to build everything at -O2?

GitHub is being flaky about uploads for me at the moment, but here it is attached.

For now, everything will be built with whatever is the optimization level in ~/.R/Makevars . When it is on CRAN, that will be -O2 for stanc, but the models will again be built with whatever is the optimization level in ~/.R/Makevars .
