rstan and rstanarm versions 2.10.1 released

The binary versions of rstan and rstanarm that go with the new StanHeaders R package are pretty well mirrored out at this point, so you can install them from CRAN in the usual way. If you are installing them for the first time, be sure to include dependencies = TRUE in the call to install.packages(). Not much changed in the interfaces compared to the magnitude of changes in the Math and Stan libraries for 2.10.0 but you can look at
