CmdStan v2.14.0 released! Please upgrade.

Hi all,

We've tagged Stan v2.14.0 which fixes a critical bug in sampling. For more information, see: Stan 2.10 through Stan 2.13 produce biased samples and Michael found the bug in Stan’s new sampler. 

CmdStan v2.14.0 is out now which includes Stan v2.14.0. If you're using an older version of CmdStan, please update immediately. This includes users of MatlabStan, Stan.jl, StataStan, and MathematicaStan.

RStan and PyStan will be updated soon. We will make announcements as soon as they are available.
