Any Website where I can get Scotts # for Russian and Ukrainian stamps

I recently purchased two large books of stamps when I was visiting
Kiev, Ukraine. The stamps contain a large selection of Russian,
Ukrainian, and other Eastern European stamps. I'm trying to find an
online resource for European stamp identification, maybe to include
scotts #.

Hi Stephen,
This is a tough one. I for one don't know of any sites that could
fulfil your needs.
The obvious answer is to try and find Scott or Michel catalogues.
Are your stamps older or more recent issues?
Your best bet would be to go to eBay and see what is offered. I
remember seeing one seller who was offering sets of colour photocopies
of the most recent Scott catalogue and you can purchase only the
countries of interest to you, unfortunately I don't have the name
anymore.

Hi Stephen,
Finding a resource with Scott catalogue numbers for Ukrainian or other East European stamps will be difficult.
I collect Ukrainian mint stamps myself but using Michel catalogue. Michel has a online catalogue, Scott doesn't.
If you have old mint Ukrainian stamps you would like to get rid off, send me some scans and I'll tell you, what I am willing to give for them.
