STAMP: statistical analysis of taxonomic and functional profiles

STAMP is a software package for analyzing taxonomic or metabolic profiles that promotes ‘best practices’ in choosing appropriate statistical techniques and reporting results. This group is for posting questions related to the use of STAMP.
