I have a Galaxy Tab A that I would like to connect to my computer to use as a Graphic Tablet. To do this I need Samsung Android USB Driver. There are a plethora of sites, claiming to offer drivers, each populated with a blizzard of download buttons for god knows what, but not the Drivers. Certainly nothing I would trust, If you have to trick people into downloading your app; its malware.

So I have two Questions, what is the ID for a the UBS Driver for a Galaxy 10A Model SM-P580 Running Oreo 8.1 and if at all possible a link to a reputable repository where said driver can be obtained.
Thankyou Bill, it appears to be working intermittently, but I expect the problem lies in the app connecting the PC and Tablet; but it was not working at all before. So your input was definitely a real help BB.
I have written an application for Android. the main part being that it communicates via bluetooth. I have four devices:
1. Samsung Galaxy S2
2. Samsung Galaxy Gio
3. Netsurfer touch (A REALLY low end locally [South Africa] produced android tablet)
4. A Motorolla ET1
I first wrote the bluetooth side (since that was what I had the least experience in) - and the only device I can get to work is the Netsurfer touch. It uses standard bluetooth drivers and it works PERFECTLY - I can receive the signal on the PC and deal with it perfectly well.
But now the Galaxy phones (both Gio and S2) refuse to connect with any computers. They will PAIR fine, but when I use the bluetooth code to connect I just get an IOException: Service discovery failed
Since it is not my code, I started looking an there is a driver missing on my computer: "Bluetooth peripheral Device" - the error code The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

Can somebody please tell me why on my driver updater i am, told all my drivers are uptodate, yet my phone is connected to windows 10 but i cannot find it anywhere other than file explorer and when i go to device manager to update the samsung driver for my phone i get error message 31. which means my MTP usb driver is not installed properly, Can any body tell me how to rectify this ,bearing in mind I cannot find any help from samsung. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my phone it connects but does nothing else and I cannot see it in the Quick access drop down menu in windows. It is obviously a driver problem and it is driving me mad no pun intended. Also when I go to control panel and select ( windows driver package, Samsung electronics) and try to uninstall it I am told the driver is not installed so it will not delete from the programmes list in windows 10. It was working fine then just stopped all of a sudden. Hope it can be fixed .
Thanks pugs 1957, As I said I cannot uninstall a driver in Add/Remove programmes in windows 10 it will not let me because it says No Driver Installed. But I will give your other suggestions a try. Thanks again for your interest.
Right-click on that "SAMSUNG_Android" and select Uninstall. Then make sure the Delete the driver... option is checked, and click the OK button. This should clear out the old drivers from the system. Now unplug the phone and try uninstalling and re-installing Kies. Reboot the PC and try plugging the phone in again.
