Is there a known issue for Stalker Middleware 5.6.10? It seems to have a compatibility problem with MAG254 boxes. All newer MAG models starting from MAG322 and above work perfectly.

With the MAG254, the portal loads the progress bar completely but then shows a black screen. Sometimes a “connection problem” message appears at the top while loading. After a few retries, it eventually loads successfully, but after a couple of hours, it goes back to a black screen again.

This issue occurs only with MAG254 devices — all other boxes work fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
