Video Club or VOD Section is missing from stb after setting up tariffs

I just installed stalker portal 5.2, i even had an issue with ministra 5.4. when ever i add a tarrif plan, i lose the VOD section from the stb menu. i need ur help on what i am supposed to change in settings/ config files so that the vod menu is visible and working i know i am doing something wrong. 

Also is there a way to remove the currency and weather widget from the main page.

you just copy all modules from config and add to custom ini and comment out with a ;

example :

 Thats the Thing. everything is the same. ive edited the config.ini file directly, and commented out the not needed Apps, but when i add tariff plans, and subscriptions. i lose the VOD (Vclub). i disable the tarrif plans Vclub shows back alone. without touching any other settings. so now i work with disabled tariff plans, i am using internal billing to set expiry date and etc.

you need to goto Tariffs -> service package, select Video, and select all videos, save it, that will create service package for videoclub just like you do tv channels, then go into tarif plans and made a videoclub tariff.

Thanks Mate, i can confirm that it worked perfectly as you have said, it was my mistake i did not activate the account. with VOD option. is there any package or anything that i can manage billing with.
