MAG-250 No picture is Displaying

Hi,

how to reset the MAG-250 . somehow the customers can not see any thing on his screen,

even i told him how to go in Bios mode by pressing menu an even then he don't get any picture Both with HDMI and RCA.

Is there any way that i reset his Resolution or reset his box, without going Physically to him.

BIOS works in PAL resolution so if TV supports PAL users will see BIOS. Otherwise, the user is most likely not correctly connected set-top box.

Is there any way that i reset his Resolution or reset his box, without going Physically to him.

You can do this via ssh (1920|1280|720|tvsystem_res):

fw_setenv graphicres 720

Hello, I am here in Barcelona - got a new mag250 box - installation went well and I got i up and running until I wanted to change settings in the video setting at the box then suddenly eveything went black - and now I have reboot it un plug it and basiclly do everything but still just black.
