to Ministra TV platform (formerly Stalker Middleware)

I have problem with ministra 5.6.8 that it`s change tariff plans on some userse. This can happen one a week or more. Change maybe on 100 users to trail or no tariff at all.

Some day`s only change maybe one user to trail or no tariff. If somebody know`s what the problem is tell me. Thanks
