mag 254 / 322 box crashes see log

Long time I have been facing this issue with all max boxes...

when watching a live channel, then changing to another channel the box will hang and need a power off and on

when the stream drops, the mag box will crash, again requiring a power down

here is a snippet of the error log when the box crashes :-

looking at the log it seems that when the line before the error is :-

 req.responseText

then the box crashes

This is your panel problem not mag box problem.

We can provide you test line that u can try it

What is wrong with the panel that is causing the crashes?

Not sure, I don't have access

Judging by the logs its based on flusonic

Im just trying to work out why these devices crash with this particular panel

looking at the log :-

params: ({type:watchdog, action:get_events, cur_play_type:1, event_active_id:0, init:0})

it seems when this is requested by the box the panel gives a response which crashes it with 

Error: SyntaxError: Unable to parse JSON string' line 768 source 'http://xxxxxxx/c/xpcom.common.js' [0m
