Video club not playing Subs? how to add movies with multiple sub-titles and laguages?

hi i am adding the movies in video club 

as .mkv file as coustom URl

 

ffmpeg http://Blablabla.com/media/vclubstorage1/10000-Bc-2008-HD.mkv  ( ONE FILE Countainer )

when i play them in vlc .mkv ( one file ) the sub-titles shows and work same thing with audio the audio tracks show and switches laguages fine.

BUT when they play in the Mag-250 or Mag-254 the movies show sub-titles options but none of the subtitles work

BUT the lagause options shows and the different tracks of audio works and play good.

can any one tell me what is going wrong. and how to add those files.? i am convertion my DVD's to Mkv files ( I also try mp4 file countainers with the same result )

Subtitles should work, but may be with a little delay. Try to contact support sup...@infomir.eu and describe your problem. Also attach link to the movie file with the problem.
