Why this epg doesn't work

Hello, i'm using stalker portal on ubuntu server 14.04. I just have a little problem with this epg. http://xmltv.dtdns.net/download/complet.zip All others epg are working good but this one i don't know why. Can someone help me please?

Successful: 31 channels
Deleted: 1973 records
Queries: 120
Exec time: 2.31s

Successful: 18 channels
Deleted: 1039 records
Queries: 177
Exec time: 1.58s

Successful: 0 channels (this one says always 0 channels)
Deleted: 0 records
Queries: 179
Exec time: 0.45s

Successful: 71 channels
Deleted: 24606 records
Queries: 1297
Exec time: 31.22s


The xlm id is on the right place but this none of the channels is updated.

Try to dowload this archive to your server, unzip it and in EPG settings set url to complet.xml

Thanks Aleksey, i already did that, with the complet.xml file i have this result

Successful: 0 channels (this one says always 0 channels)
Deleted: 0 records
Queries: 179
Exec time: 0.45s

Other epg are working great, i don't know why this one i have empty channels

How do you add id to xml id field ? Lets say TF1 , it's id is C1.telerama.fr , do not use anny suffix, as it is all from the same site tellerama. How do you do this , explaine step by stem and we will help you to figure it out. Now it seams that no channels are described for this xml source.

I uploaded the file complet.xml to my host and added to the epg

http://localhost:88/complet.xml

To the channels list, for exemple tf1 i added C1.telerama.fr to the xmltv id and made a force update on the EPG page.

I've had this problem before, it's 'mutant' characters that's in the epg file, you gave to find them and amend, it's a pain but happens

Capital letters come to mind :) just thinking, those do matter.

We just test it and it works, but we add is as a local file (/var/www/xmltv/complet.xml).

Check apache error log.

thanks Aleksey, it worked now, they changed the xml id and with the new one it's working great.

Hi

I have the same problem, but the xml file works when is located on a different server.

I tested with a few channels and it works, but when i add more channels and force update EPG, it is slow, and disconnect from the server where  the xml is located, i zipped and uploaded the xml to the server where Stalker is located, and on URl used /var/www/xmltv/xmltv.xml, it's faster but when i force upload get:

Successful: 0 channels
Deleted: 0 records
Queries: 5 

Exec time: 0s

 

Any idea why is not working as local?, or why gets disconnected from the external server?

After check the Apache error log i noticed the problem was related to memory allocation, assigned memory and now works fine.
