How can you convert rtmp stream in to mpeg-ts multicast for catchup?

Is there any software that can do this? Is it possible to do with ffmpeg?

Yes, it's quite simple ffmpeg -i rtmp:.//address -c:v copy -c:a copy -f mpegts udp://address
