EPG Broken on V 51?

Hi,

 

I had V50 running well, EPG all working etc.

I now installed a V51 and I have problems with EPG

When I load the EPG it only loads for 1 channel?

The EPG file hasn't changed and I tried the same file on V50 and it works perfectly.

All the XML TV ID's are correct and the XML has the correct settings for the channels.

The very odd thing is that my (XMLID) channel 11 loads with the data from Channel 1 ???

 

I've also noticed there is a 7 hour difference between the stalker server EPG and the MAG-250 EPG even though they are on the same time settings.

Programs on the server show EPG time as 07:00, on the MAG-250 it appears at 14:00

 

Has it been broken?

Please give us an example of your xmltv file.

How many XMLTV sources do you use?

It contains 1 channel numbered channel='1'

In my IPTV Channels I have 13 channels with the first 11 having XMLTV ID's

The EPG from the output file loads into channel 11, not channel 1 and is 7 hours out.

This file does not contain the "channel" section.

It should look like

<tv>
    <channel id="1">
        <display-name>Channel name</display-name>
    </channel>

    <programme start='20130203060000 +0000' stop='20130203072500 +0000' channel='1'>
...

I think this is the reason of the problem.

I have updated my EPG file to include the channel section and it's exactly the same. It was working fine on V50 (even without the channel section)

I just checked this xml with channel section and it works well.

I added one channel with xmltv id = 1, click "Force update EPG" on the EPG page and got 513 new EPG records.

Very strange.. I removed all but one channel with xmltv id=1 and it doesn't work. Changing the xmltv id to 11 and it works, 513 entries  but it should load into channel 1 not channel 11! Running V4.8.51.

Using the same EPG file on V4.8.50 it works correctly, loading the EPG to xmltv id 1

I think you set ID prefix = 1  for this XMLTV. Remove this prefix from EPG settings.

Yes, that was it - I had a prefix on the EPG, it now works and loads my channels.

 

The strange thing now is the 7 hours difference between the EPG on the Stalker server and the stb ?? The server is correct but the stb is 7 hours out.

Timezone on the stb is set correctly? 

EPG time correction on the channel is not set?

I changed the epg correction (this wasn't there before!) and it seems to work now. Thanks
