Free weatherization training in St. Albans this June - Resource Vermont is offering job training. From the organizers:
- Do you like working with your hands? Start a new career as a Weatherization Technician. ReSOURCE's 6-week "Weatherization 101" training starts June 2, 2025 in St. Albans. Gain hands-on instruction, trade credentials, and job placement. Free tuition plus a $450/week training stipend. To learn more and apply visit resourcevt.org/weatherization-101.

Vermont Climate Action Plan - Several of our committee members attended the St. Albans input session last month. We were grateful for the opportunity to hear directly from the Vermont Climate Council about their plans for transportation, heating our buildings, education, jobs, health, and other aspects of climate action in Vermont.
