Hi neighbors, 

Hope you're staying warm and safe in this sudden burst of winter! Here's this month's climate and energy news: 

🪟 WindowDressers Community Build - Join our committee & Northwest Regional Planning as we build insulating window inserts for neighbors to reduce carbon emissions and help get through the cold winter ahead! Our 3rd annual community build will take place at Saint Paul's United Methodist Church (11 Church Street, Saint Albans) on November 14th-18th from 8:30-5:00PM with lunch served daily. 📒 Next meeting - 6pm Tuesday, December 16th, St. Albans City Hall - Please note that the November meeting is cancelled. All are welcome to attend the next public meeting, and virtual options are available. An agenda will be on the City website.
