Hi All,

Just a quick one to remind you that both wednesday and thursday training sessions are on this week and will be as long as people want them to be.

Wednesday - 7pm - Outdoor Floodlit at St Albans Rugby Club, AL4 0HR

Thursday - 7:30pm - Indoor at STAHS Sports Centre, AL1 3SJ

Last week not so many people wanted to join us hardy few in the cold/mud. All i can say is you missed out! Hopefully see you all tomorrow.
