Training is on Tonight! It's warmer, no rain, bit of wind, can't wait!

7:30 = Throwing

7:45 = Warm up

8:00 = 3v3

8:15 = Forcing drills

8:35 = Throwing & forcing drills

8:55 = Game Time (7v7)

9:55 = Warm down
