Mga mahal kong kaibigan at kanayon.....
Siguro naman ay alam na ninyo ang nilalaman ng e-mail kong ito. Ilang tulog na lang at reunion na. Marami pa tayong dapat na gawin bago dumating ang araw na ito kasama na ang practise ng ibat-ibang entertainment numbers for our presentation. So please......come to our meeting on June 22, 2013 1:00 PM at my place sa Hayward. It is very important that you attend this meeting kci nga dapat na plantsahin mabuti ang ibat-ibang bahagi ng ating program.
At kung mayroon kayong suggestion para mapaganda ang ating project......we want to hear about it. And also if there is any problem that you have or encountered....we want to know about it also.

To all my friends and kababaryo............I had a meeting with the person in-charge of the church gym today. The gym is available for us to set our things and practise our different numbers the whole day Friday. But I suggest that we meet up at 4PM to start setting up specially the stage. There are several details necessary to use the gym including the kitchen. lights, storage, rest rooms, waste disposals and recycling bins, stage set up materials and other safety features. I will discuss all of these to the commitee members involve in areas concern. So.......we can now bring all the materials, water bottles and containers, decorative items, kitchen utensils and whatever you think YOU want to bring on Friday.
I also encourage the entertainment/dance members to PRACTISE their numbers on Friday. Please check with Debbie as to what time would be appropriate to do it. (Debbie, pls send and email regarding this to notify about the time).
And to everyone.....we need all the help we can get to start setting up the tables and chairs........and of course the STAGE. which we can build to measure 16x32 in size.
Dennis........I suggest we can have a pizza night during this Friday set-up party so we can have the energy to use to do all these works.
I am so much excited about all of these. I expect nothing but GOOD times........with so much laughs and joys and fun memories after this event is over. But this would not have been possible with out the HELP, FRIENDSHIP, COOPERATION AND PRAYERS of ALL the members of this organization. Now is the time to SHOWCASE what we got to all other members of our kababaryo away from the Northern California.
