The thispatchEvent in the toolkitLibrary in void frame_30() don't dispatch an event anymore after updating. Why?

void frame_30() {

stop()

dispatchEvent (new Event ("custumEvent",true));

}

The decoding of the pictures is the problem, not the dispatchEvent.
