read the above article you would be able to respond to it. Even if you
haven't if you have had experience as an amateur actor, director or
producer, you could share you views on your personal experiences. They
could be positive or negative. as one of the well known theatre
directors once told me that theatre drives its energy from amateurs
because they; inflict it with; their enthusiasm sinc they do it out of
personal interest without expecting to be rewardedwith money.
