2.Make sure that you have enabled the Quick Replies feature in the Business Settings of your WhatsApp account. To do this, go to Settings > Business Settings > Quick Replies and toggle the switch to ON.

4.Try clearing the cache of WhatsApp. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find WhatsApp in the list of apps, and tap on it. Then, tap "Offload App" or "Delete App" to remove it from your device. After that, reinstall WhatsApp and try setting up Quick Replies again.

I also have this problem. I have iphone 11 with updated iOS 16.3.1 and latest version of Whatsap. But WhatsApp support offered no solution except to update my IOS and app.Very disappointed in their response! This is also making my business extra difficult and time consuming to operate.

Same here, I am using an iphone 12 with ios 16.0 and the latest version of WA Business. I can create the quick reply, hit save and I see it added to the list of quick replies, but when I go back to the chats it is not available. Go back to the list of quick replies and it is gone. I have tried ten times to create replies and the same happens. Tried reinstalling whatsapp and it keeps happening. Please help!! This is a huge deal for our business, we need them working!

Same issue here, Since last updated version of 16.3.1. on my Iphone XR. Also the same issue happening on Iphone 7 Since last updated version of 15.7.3. I know both are not recent version Iphones, but reading other coments it semm that is not the cause for missing the great tool of quick reply.

I can confirm that I am on iOS 16 since it released and have been able to receive WhatsApp notifications and it appears in my notifications list on the fitbit app allowing me to toggle it on and off. Strange that it disappeared when you upgraded even I would be scratching my head at that one.

To continue, make sure to receive a notification from WhatsApp and Facebook on your phone. Then go to your iPhone settings > Notifications and enable all the options under Alerts and set the Show Previews to Always for WhatsApp and Facebook.

Btw I don't even see the button to turn on notifications..... when going to Versa 3 >notifications > app, there is no "whatsapp menu item" to show...... this is why I guess it's iOS 16 incompatibility.....

IOS 16 looks to be a major update with many changes, so having an "all clear" from Fitbit stating it has been tested would be nice. Even better would be a beta test cycle that Fitbit could do with a number of users before stating things work with new IOS releases or releasing new versions of the app.

Btw: as I wrote above, I don't even see the "menu item" to switch on/off notifications for whatsapp... so, to me, it seems clear the wa was not upgraded (or Fitbit app maybe) to deal with this iOS 16..... just looking for confirmations here....

@pcrespi Thanks for the update and I'm sorry this issue persists on your end. I believe you've done so, but may I know if you're getting WhatsApp notifications on your phone? As you know, the notifications have to appear first on your phone in order to see the apps listed in the Fitbit app. As last resort, let me recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app to see if this helps.

@HollyShel83 Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry the text messages are still not appearing. Just to confirm, have you made sure to verify the Notifications settings on your iPhone? Please note it's required to have them set as Always or When Unlocked in order to get notifications on your watch.

@pcrespi Thanks for getting back with more details. I'm glad the notifications are working with your iPhone, and in this case the best would be to check the settings of your son's iPhone to make sure everything is correct. Note that you can always check this help article which describes the requirements, as well as some tips to get this feature working.

That's great news! I'm glad everything is working and thanks for your efforts. I'd like to invite you to visit our Health & Wellness board where you can find great tips and encouragement from other members.

2. Select the WhatsApp history that you would like to transfer. A window will appear saying "Attaching Media will generate a larger email message". You need to click " Without Media" or " Attach Media" based on what you need.

4. Log in to your email account on your Android phone; you can view your old WhatsApp chats in an email from your new device. But you can't sync WhatsApp data with your WhatsApp application on an Android device.

4. Run the software, select the iOS device > click on the "Raw Files" icon on the menu's bottom right side. On the following screen, tap on "Free View" mode> surf the following file: "AppDomainGroup-group.net.whatsapp.WhatsApp.shared."

5. On the right-hand menu, choose the option "ChatStorage.sqlite" file > select the "Export" button. In the same menu of "ChatStorage.sqlite" > open "Message Folder" > select desired "Media" files. Hit the "Export" option and don't forget to save the same in the "ChatStorage.sqlite" file.

6. Connect your Android device to the computer. Surf Android phone in "File Viewer/Explorer" and set up desktop Windows to view files exported to the computer. Drag media folder and ChatStorage.sqlite file to the "Download" folder of your Android phone.
