Hi All,
I have been contacted by the developer who wants to install a second turbine near the one already operating at Upper Hanyards Farm, near Tixall, on the outskirts of Stafford. He is now urging us to make submissions in support of this!!
So....I have compiled a short 'briefing' (attached) which hopefully will be of help if anyone wants to. I would urge everyone to support this. I have visited the site and can say that the one in operation since last autumn is a very up-to-date design, looks fine, and is really quiet in operation. A pic is included in the attached, as are the links to the relevant bit of the Stafford Borough Council website.
Please help Stafford get its second wind turbine!! PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO ANYONE ELSE WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED!!
