Just a reminder that Stafford FOE group will be meeting tomorrow evening, Wednesday 4th March at 18:30 in the Vine Hotel. We will share information and news from the West Midlands Regional Gathering that was held in Birmingham on Saturday. We have more information on organising a Green Hustings, and we can decide whether we are up for the challenge!

• There was a very productive meeting between Stafford FOE and the Sustainability Matters in Stafford Borough group last week, focusing on plans for a joint green hustings event before the general election. .
• The Sustainability Matters group also mentioned their letter (attached) to leaders of party groups on Stafford Borough Council and to other parties involved in the May local elections. You are welcome to follow it up, perhaps by writing to your current Borough councillor (see http://www.staffordbc.gov.uk/DemServCouncillors) in something like the following terms:
