The ideal candidate will have solid SAP EWM functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in supporting large-scale go-lives, preferably in an automotive or automotive parts manufacturing environment. This position requires working on-site in Tennessee, USA.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver end-user training for SAP EWM processes.
Support go-live readiness activities, including cutover planning, mock runs, and readiness assessments.
Provide on-site go-live support and hyper care for warehouse operations.
Assist in creating and maintaining training materials, quick reference guides, and process documentation.
Collaborate with business users to ensure smooth adoption of new EWM functionalities.
Work closely with the core project team to identify and resolve system and process issues during transition.
Coordinate with related modules (MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics execution.
Provide feedback to the configuration team for process improvements and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
8+ years of SAP WM/EWM experience, with at least 2 full-cycle EWM implementations.
Proven experience in end-user training, cutover execution, and post-go-live support.
Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes in EWM.
Familiarity with automotive industry warehouse operations preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under time pressure.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
Must be willing and able to work on-site in Tennessee, USA.

Title: SAP PP Consultant
Location: on-site in Tennessee, USA.
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ePPDS Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on SAP PP module implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in production planning, discrete manufacturing, and master data management, along with proven experience integrating SAP PP with MES systems. Automotive or automotive parts manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred. This position requires working on-site in Tennessee, USA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate business requirement workshops with production and planning stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system configurations.
Design, configure, and test SAP PP functionalities, including master data (BOM, routing, work centers), production planning, MRP, and shop floor control.
Implement solutions for discrete manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with automotive industry best practices.
Integrate SAP PP with MES and other manufacturing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FI/CO, QM, etc.) to deliver end-to-end manufacturing solutions.
Support data migration activities for PP-related master data and transactional data.
Provide expert guidance during system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Deliver end-user training and create functional documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues during go-live and hypercare phases.
Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of SAP PP implementation experience, with at least 3 full-cycle projects in a lead consultant role.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in U.S. financial localization requirements, strong functional skills across General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting, and a proven ability to independently lead solution workshops. Experience in the automotive or automotive parts manufacturing industry is highly preferred. This position requires working on-site in Tennessee, USA.
