Hi Folks,

My client is looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer.

Position: Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

Note: Only US Citizens are accepted

Required Qualifications.

• 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role that include completing at least 4 projects in a development role

• 5+ years of experience using DevOps best practices and modern CI/CD design principles within an Agile environment

• 5+ years of experience developing custom business logic in APEX, writing test classes, creating LWC Visualforce Pages and Triggers.

• Deep understanding of scratch orgs & proficient working with implementing package-based deployments in Salesforce.

• Hands-on experience with any of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Copado, Flosum or other CI/CD tools?

Certifications.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer-I Salesforce Certified App Builder

 

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

• Gather requirements, define, design and implement DevOps architecture.

• Deploy releases to various environments and perform Hotfixes and Rollbacks as needed Write build scripts & pipelines to implement end-to-end build and deployment orchestration.

• Verify successful continuous delivery deployments

• Define and implement branching strategies to support parallel software development

• Review continuous delivery validation builds for failures and resolve deployment issues with Development & Configuration teams

• Advanced GIT skills move development and configuration work between version control branches

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.??
