Role: Product Owner / Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Product Owner / Business Analyst to manage the end-to-end ownership of one of Sabre’s enterprise applications. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful product delivery, operational excellence, and measurable business value.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis expertise, product ownership capabilities, and stakeholder management skills while driving process improvements and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Experience working with OEMs and Coupa is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the complete lifecycle of assigned applications/products
• Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements
• Drive product enhancements, process improvements, and operational efficiencies
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and business users
• Manage software licensing agreements, including vendor coordination, negotiations, renewals, and client communications
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights for leadership and stakeholders
• Support data analysis, business process mapping, and solution recommendations
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support product roadmap execution

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
o Product Ownership
o Business Analysis
o Procurement Operations
• Strong understanding of software licensing and vendor management processes
• Experience working with OEM vendors and procurement platforms such as Coupa preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex business issues and recommendations
• Proficiency in:
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Word
o Data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to quickly gain subject matter expertise and apply institutional knowledge to deliver meaningful business insights
• Strong business acumen with the confidence and maturity to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
