Position - Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Salesforce Service Cloud

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

 

Job Summary

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) with hands-on experience in Salesforce projects, specifically within Salesforce Service Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, stakeholder management expertise, and a process optimization mindset. This role requires driving complex cross-functional programs, managing delivery timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful implementation of critical business initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead and manage large-scale cross-functional technical programs and interrelated projects.

·         Drive end-to-end program execution including planning, execution, communication, implementation, and risk management.

·         Collaborate with business, engineering, architecture, and product teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.

·         Coordinate launch planning and synchronize milestones across multiple workstreams.

·         Break down complex technical and business challenges into manageable deliverables.

·         Develop scalable processes, KPIs, metrics, and operational mechanisms to improve program delivery efficiency.

·         Anticipate bottlenecks, identify innovative solutions, and proactively resolve program risks and issues.

·         Manage intake queues by prioritizing, triaging, assigning, and tracking incoming requests.

·         Balance business priorities with technical constraints and recommend trade-offs when needed.

·         Influence both short-term and long-term product and technical strategy.

·         Ensure alignment across teams to achieve business and engineering objectives.

·         Required Skills

·         Strong experience working on Salesforce projects.

·         Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

·         Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM).

·         Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

·         Experience managing cross-functional technical programs.

·         Strong risk management and issue escalation capabilities.

·         Ability to coordinate multiple project streams and manage delivery timelines.

·         Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·         Experience defining and tracking KPIs, metrics, and program health indicators.

 

Preferred Skills

·         Experience managing enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

·         Strong process optimization and operational excellence mindset.

·         Experience collaborating with Product Management and Architecture teams.

·         Ability to work in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments.
