Title: AI Security Engineer/Principal Cyber AI Engineer
Location – Remote

Job Summary:
· The Principal Cyber AI Engineer will play a key role in the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced AI and machine learning algorithms to detect and mitigate cyber threats.
· This role is focused on hands-on technical leadership, involving deep research into AI security models and working closely with other teams to integrate AI solutions into cybersecurity architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven security solutions to identify, predict, and prevent cyber threats.
· Implement machine learning models, neural networks, and other AI techniques to enhance threat detection capabilities.
· Collaborate with data scientists, security engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI technologies into the existing cybersecurity infrastructure.
· Analyze data from security incidents to continuously improve AI models and methodologies.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in AI and machine learning technologies.
· Stay current on industry trends and advancements in both AI and cybersecurity.
Required skills:
· Knowledge of AI Lifecycle
· Candidate should be able to walk through high-level phases of an AI lifecycle confidently.
· Strong Understanding of Nist Framework
· Must know the major pillars of Nist (should be able to name 4-5 key pillars).
· Specific knowledge of Prompt Injection as a top security risk is critical.
· Top Security Risks in AI Systems
· Can articulate at least 2–3 major security threats in AI pipelines, with prompt injection being one of them.
· MCP (Model Control Plane)
· Knowledge Understands the flow and key components of MCP.
· Can give real examples of how MCP is implemented or used with clients.
· Cloud Security Experience (Especially Azure)
· Hands-on experience with Azure cloud tools.
· Should be able to break down security groups, AI tools within Azure, and their interaction with enterprise environments.
· Able to discuss security considerations in cloud-native AI environments
