Requirements:

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Technical Architect with a
strong background in Java, Spring Boot, modern front-end frameworks, and
cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will combine technical
expertise with leadership skills to design, develop, and deliver
scalable enterprise solutions while guiding a team of developers toward
excellence in engineering best practices.



Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts,
ensuring delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software.
Architecture & Design: Define and design robust, scalable, and
high-performance architectures aligned with business and technical
requirements.
Integration & Data Management: Architect and manage integrations with
third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware,
and ETL tools.
Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform
performance for high availability and reliability.
Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards, data
protection, and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business, product management,
and other technical teams to understand requirements and translate them
into actionable solutions.
Code Quality & DevOps: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards,
and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Training & Mentorship: Provide hands-on technical guidance and
mentorship to enhance the team’s skillset and productivity.
Hands-on Development:
Design, develop, and deploy Java & J2EE applications.
Build high-performance microservices using Spring Boot.
Develop event-driven and domain-driven (CQRS) applications leveraging
Kafka or similar platforms.
Build dynamic front-end applications using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, PrimeVue,
and TypeScript.
Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS.


Required Skills & Technologies:

Backend Development: Java, J2EE, Spring Boot – strong backend
architecture and development experience.
Frontend Development: Vue.js, React, or Angular – hands-on experience
building modern UI.
Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript – advanced proficiency in UI
development.
UI Frameworks: Quasar, Vuetify (required); PrimeVue and Nuxt.js (ideal).
Cloud: AWS – experience deploying and managing cloud-native
applications.
Architecture: Proven expertise in designing scalable, high-performance
systems and microservice architectures.
Database: Strong understanding of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases;
proficient in database design.
Concurrency: Expertise in multithreading and handling concurrent
processes efficiently.
Automation Testing: Experience with functional test automation using
Playwright and Karate.
Eventing Platforms: Hands-on experience with Kafka or other event-driven
messaging platforms.
