Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business and technical teams to drive Agile execution, manage risks, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery within enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination skills
Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including data model, flows, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations
Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery models
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality, timelines, and delivery
Experience:
5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager
Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations and enhancements
Experience working on enterprise-level or large-scale Salesforce programs
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant) and Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM) are preferred
Nice to Have
Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments
Exposure to integration tools, middleware, or APIs
Prior experience managing multiple Salesforce workstreams
