Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Onshore Test Manager to lead and manage QA delivery across five agile QA pods focused on digital platforms. This role is critical in driving quality assurance efforts across Web, API, and Mobile platforms (Android & iOS) — including end-to-end testing, regression, and automation.
You will work closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams, ensuring quality is integrated throughout the SDLC, while also managing hybrid (onshore/offshore) teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage 5 QA pods, including Regression and End-to-End test teams.
Own and oversee the QA delivery lifecycle — from planning and execution to reporting.
Drive and manage:
Regression testing
End-to-end testing
Release readiness
Post-production validation
Lead and implement automation strategies across:
Web: Playwright
API: RestAssured
Mobile: Espresso (Android), XCUITest (iOS)
Champion In-Sprint Automation across all pods.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps to embed quality into each sprint.
Define and track QA KPIs and quality metrics to assess performance and product quality.
Deliver test artifacts on time: test plans, test cases, defect reports, etc.
Manage and coordinate with offshore teams for 24/7 testing coverage.
Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and drive continuous QA process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years in Quality Assurance, with 3+ years in a Test Manager or QA Lead role.
Strong experience managing onshore-offshore hybrid QA teams.
Solid understanding and practice of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with automation tools:
Playwright (Web)
RestAssured (API)
Espresso & XCUITest (Mobile)
Proficient with test management and tracking tools like JIRA.
Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as:
Jenkins
GitHub Actions
Azure DevOps
