Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5–6 years of experience to support an active project focused on Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and actionable insights.

Domain Experience in Annuities is the top priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and BI reporting needs.

• Support the development of dashboards and reports (Tableau preferred).

• Work with data teams to ensure data accuracy, transformation logic, and reporting consistency.

• Design and document data flows, data mappings, and business rules.

• Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, and process documentation.

• Partner with engineering teams on data warehouse and data integration initiatives.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint delivery.

• Assist in UAT, validation, and business sign-off for reports and dashboards.

• Provide support for ongoing project work or act as a backfill for an existing BSA.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst.

• Strong data analysis and data mapping skills.

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Tableau.

• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design.

• Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets.

• Advanced SQL skills and strong database concepts.

• Experience with APIs and system integrations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Annuities, Retirement Services, or Insurance domains.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including ETL, data modeling, and star/snowflake schemas.

• Experience with data integration workflows and reporting pipelines.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
