Job Description:
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills "• Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years’ progressive experience scoping and managing Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and CloudSesne functional projects (application implementation both vendor tool or home grown, support enhancements/bug-fixes for ongoing applications, migration of apps across platforms/environments) within a Consulting or Media or Entertainment firm in a project/program manager role. • Proficiency in MS Office tools, such as creating/managing a project plan using MS Project with tasks and activities going up to 7 levels and 5000+ lines using advanced constraints and dependencies, writing Macros and complex lookup formulas in MS Excel, creating 3D charts and PowerPoint decks for Executive Reporting • Experience creating Logical Data Model, process flows using MS Visio and other designing tools • Strong background in all phases of Software Development Life cycle form requirements definition through development, testing, implementation and production support. • Skilled at leading project teams in either an Agile or Waterfall workflow environment. • Strong experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Ability to plan and execute SFMC project workload that includes managing integrations to internal and external applications, training editorial/business team • Experience working with and managing offshore/near-shore resources. • Ability to do Fit-Gap analysis by identifying existing systems and technologies and documenting enhancement requirements. • Experience working with Business Stakeholders, executive management and all levels of management to understand business needs, gather requirements and develop functional and business requirements documents and work flows by creating Project Charter, Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS). • Strong background and experience in organizing testing of systems and ability to develop testing plans and implement all levels of testing and organize and help resolve any issues found in manual and automated testing. • Experience in developing training plans and coordinating training for Business users. • Demonstrable ability to manage budgets and work closely with in-house and external teams. Ability to use tools such as Excel advanced functions macros to provide detailed budget planning. • Effective presentation, written and verbal communication and negotiation skills when dealing directly with clients" Roles and responsibility "• Closely support Business and technology teams by keeping them honest to the identified scope and timeline • Oversee strategic vision for our Sales, Digital and Marketing business roadmap, utilizing Salesforce products that we own • Manages implementation of Audience Builder, Social Studio, Service Cloud, Salesforce Einstein Analytics and other SFMC products • Develop detailed project plans for multiple work tracks, identifies innovative ways of linking dependencies across the plans • Lead requirements gathering, prioritize features, manage the scope of business requirements, and keep focus on project deliverables • Define, organize, and document business requirements/use cases and functional requirements for enhancements to websites in JIRA • Provide on-shore leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones • Keeps a close eye on the budget for all the work tracks and alert when any task/activities fall on the critical path • Coordinate and Manage RFPs from different vendors, by doing due diligence on the scope, cost benefit analysis and provide summary to leadership; manage requirements of a Change Order • Provide end-to-end project management and take full ownership of project lifecycle • Loves learning and problem solving. Can dive head first into the client business and be pivotal to driving solutions • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality and technical standards are met • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership • Work on Change Management and Communication Plan; and detailed cutover plan for Go-Live; highlighting all the owners and dependencies • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
