Skills Summary
Minimum of 15+ Years of experience in SAP implementations, Rollouts and Application Managed Services (AMS)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in S/4 HANA EWM with at least 1 full cycle EWM implementation experience including hands on design and Configuration and 2+ years of experience in Application Managed Services
Should have working experience in Mfg. Industry with Automotive OEM exposure being an added advantage
Experience working with following areas in EWM:
Centralized and Decentralized Warehouse management
Inbound, Outbound, Kitting and Internal Warehouse processes with VAS, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, and Posting Changes.
Should have good knowledge on warehouse order creation rules.
RF integration and RF queue management, Good hands-on experience in working with SAP ABAP team in developing custom EWM RF transactions and other RICEF objects.
EWM Data Migration and cutover at the time of Go Live
Experience in configuration of Process-oriented storage control and Layout Oriented Storage Control (POSC and LOSC), WPT Determination
Must have Experience in direct goods receipt and deconsolidation, good issue process, put away and picking strategies, Kitting, Production staging, Batch management
Must have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM.
Experience in creation of Master Data i.e. Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc.
Proficient in implementing Labor Management, Cartonization planning, Transportation unit, slotting and re-arrangement and Yard management
Demonstrated understanding of table structures in EWM.
Hands on exposure in analyzing incidents, resolution and business user support on need basis

Responsibilities
Business Process Consulting that includes providing inputs on best practices
Coordination & Planning – Ensure Incidents that are being logged are assigned, analyzed, worked upon and post resolution business users are being notified and closure of tickets
Support business users on need basis
Good knowledge of requirement analysis, solution design, system set-up/configuration, testing in SAP Purchase modules
Define Integration points across functional areas
Define data requirements for the business processes
Define reporting requirements for the business processes
Identify required enhancements that is provided by the standard SAP application
Configuration of SAP application to do quick PoC and demonstrate to the business users
Good knowledge of requirement analysis, solution design, system set-up/configuration, testing in SAP EWM
Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Knowledge about system enhancements and creation of functional specification design documents.
Onsite and Offshore team co-ordination, metrics collection and report out on periodic basis
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are adhered to
