Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead with 14+ years of experience and a strong programming background to lead enterprise-level quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive automation strategy, lead QA teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end QA lifecycle including planning, strategy, execution, and delivery
Architect and implement scalable test automation frameworks from scratch
Write and review high-quality automation code
Lead and mentor QA teams (onshore/offshore)
Collaborate with Dev, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality integration
Drive CI/CD integration for automated testing
Define QA standards, best practices, and governance
Perform defect analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Ensure test coverage across UI, API, and backend systems
Required Skills:
14+ years of QA experience with recent QA Lead experience
Strong programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
Strong experience in API Testing (REST Assured / Postman)
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
