Digital Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and play a pivotal role in enabling customer adoption and long-term value realization for our products. As a CSM, you will design and execute customer journeys that ensure our clients understand, adopt, and maximize the return on their product investments. You will serve as a strategic advisor—bridging technology, analytics, and customer engagement—while fostering lasting relationships built on trust and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Journey Design: Create and manage onboarding, adoption, and success journeys tailored to client needs and product use cases.
  • Value Realization: Partner with customers to demonstrate how our products help achieve their business goals and optimize outcomes.
  • AI & Technology Guidance: Simplify complex product capabilities, including AI-driven features, into clear use cases for customers.
  • Engagement Programs: Leverage Gainsight CS or marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot to deliver targeted campaigns and adoption nudges.
  • Data & Insights: Analyze usage data and customer feedback to identify adoption gaps, generate insights, and influence success strategies.
  • Design & Branding: Ensure all customer touchpoints are visually engaging, on-brand, and aligned with product positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Support to escalate customer needs, influence product roadmap, and close the feedback loop.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Technology, or related discipline.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Product Marketing, or related client-facing roles, ideally within SaaS/product companies.
  • Strong functional understanding of enterprise software and digital products.
  • AI literacy—ability to connect AI-driven features to business value.
  • Experience with Gainsight CS or marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot).
  • Strategic, logical, and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for design and branding.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, and comfort with data interpretation and analytics.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Creative tools: Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva.
  • Multimedia skills: Video editing and visual content creation.
  • Experience with process improvement or product adoption frameworks.
