Title: Senior QA Testing Analyst Client: Huntington Bank Location: Remote **Must be on EST** Rate: 45/hr The QA Testing Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and assisting Business (UAT) testers in all testing activities in support of M&A technology conversion activities for the Commercial Banking segment. To be successful the candidate must have experience working with Business testers, and experience with M&A conversion testing is preferred. It is essential for the individual to be self-motivated, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, flexible and drive business testing teams to complete tasks on agreed schedules. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating and supporting business area testing from test planning through test execution. Supports business testers with Test Plan document creation. Facilitates review of the Business Test Plan with the project team Assists business testers with identifying test cases Assists business testers with documenting test scripts and linking scripts to appropriate requirements or user stories within Azure DevOps (ADO) Schedules and leads test deliverables review sessions as necessary Assists business testers with documenting test data needs, data validations, and end to end testing flows Supports business testers with testing execution and documenting results in Azure DevOps (ADO) Assists business testers with updating test cases based upon approved change requests Work with other QAs, BSAs and Development teams on defect analysis and triage Assists business testers with defect entry and assigning defect severity Tracks status and manages defects throughout the project Identifies issues and escalates to project manager Works with colleagues and project managers to meet established target dates and completion of activities/deliverables under changing conditions Creates test status reports per project guidelines Creates test results and test summary deliverables to ensure production implementation readiness Collects testing sign-off from all testing participants, including cross-impacted application teams Participates in off-hour mock and production releases as needed Understands and follows the project lifecycle methodology consistently Must Have: Business testing support Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) Software and related processes QA framework methodology and project lifecycle experience Strong aptitude in both business and technology UAT testing experience Must have experience with ADO. Nice To Have: Prior testing support for M&A technology conversions Commercial banking and commercial banking knowledge would be a huge bonus! Job Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent transferable experience through coursework, internships or work experience 3 5 years of QA or UAT testing experience Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of software development principles (e.g., object oriented programming), QA Framework/Basic Test Methodology and project lifecycles (e.g., SDLC) Strong aptitude in both business and technology Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to explain system issues clearly and concisely and establish effective working relationships High motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Willingness and drive to learn and understand detailed software solutions Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) Software and related processes Competencies: Conceptual and Analytical Thinking Accountability and Attention to Detail Commitment to Quality Continuous Improvement Teamwork and Collaboration Customer Service Orientation Written and Verbal Communication Skills Initiative and Focused Execution Flexibility Time Management and Organizational Skills
