My client is looking for Technical Project Manager - Leadership/Governance for 12 Month Contract role based in New York City, NY

Position: Technical Project Manager - Leadership/Governance

Location:  New York City, NY

Duration: 12 Month Contract 

Job Duties:

AI DX is responsible for day-to-day execution of AI and platform initiatives, acting as the connective tissue between engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

This role ensures technical workstreams stay aligned, unblocked, and production ready.

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, requiring strong technical fluency not just coordination. Key Responsibilities ·

Drive execution of AI platform, GenAI, and data initiatives from design through deployment

Translate architectural direction into actionable delivery plans and sprint execution

Track and manage technical dependencies, risks, and integration points

Partner closely with AI Platform Architects on sequencing, readiness, and deployment planning

Oversee release planning, integration testing, and production cutovers

Ensure delivery meets enterprise security, compliance, and reliability standards

Maintain delivery transparency via Jira, dashboards, and structured reporting

 

Required Qualifications

· 6+ years managing technical projects involving software, data, or platforms

· Strong understanding of cloud-native systems, data pipelines, and AI components

· Experience supporting AI/ML or GenAI solutions in enterprise settings

· Ability to work fluently with engineers, architects, and business leaders

· Agile delivery experience required What Differentiates Strong Candidates
